The PMAC team are delighted to announce that we have once again achieved our ISO rating for 2013.
ISO 9001:2008 is recognised as the quality management system that enables you to streamline processes, minimise duplication, identify areas for cost savings and improve overall company performance.
The standards provide guidance and tools for companies and organizations who want to ensure that their products and services consistently meet customer’s requirements, and that quality is consistently improved. This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.
Gaining ISO 9001 accreditation also means that we can increase customer confidence in our business by demonstrating we have an effective quality management system in place.
